Ingredients:

4 sheets Matzah
1 c. (2 sticks) salted butter
1 c. packed dark brown sugar
12 ounces chocolate morsels
1 c. coarsely ground walnuts or almonds, or sliced almonds

1)  Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

2)  Line large cookie sheet with sides with heavy duty foil.

3)  Lay out matzah as close as possible in 1 layer on cookie sheet, breaking pieces to fit. Melt butter with brown sugar in saucepan, stirring frequently until it bubbles. Pour over matzah; spread to coat. Put in oven for 1-2 minutes.

4)  Sprinkle with chocolate morsels over top and return to oven 1 minute, or until morsels are soft.

5)  Remove from oven and with spatula, spread chocolate to cover the matzah. Sprinkle with nuts.

6)  Freeze 20 minutes or until hard. Crack, put in plastic zipper bags, and put in freezer.
