As in years past, Temple Shir Haddash will be publishing a new Yizkor Memorial Book for use during Yom Kippur services and throughout the year. Our tradition teaches that to remember departed family members is an important way to keep the legacy of the past alive.

We invite you to send in the name(s) of those family members whom you wish to remember and honor in our Yizkor Book of Remembrance. If you have submitted names in the past, we ask that you do so again this year so we can update our Temple records.

Please click here to download the Yizkor Memorial Book form.

All submissions for the Yizkor Book must be submitted no later than September 9.
